  • Brazil’s Health Minister Marcelo Queirogah on Friday said the country has approved COVID-19 booster shots for healthcare workers with preference given to the Pfizer shot, as reported by Fidelity.

  • Queiroga said on Twitter that boosters will only be given to people six months after they complete the initial round of COVID-19 vaccination.
